what’s better is it was published in the “fringe” section of el modena high school’s frontline, the newspaper of which i was editor in chief from 2008-09. “fringe,” the last page of the paper, is devoted to fake stories concocted by staff members to entertain readers (distracted high schoolers). somehow, they trolled hundreds of thousands of internet users who don’t like to use their brains.
glad to know frontline is continuing its trend of hard-hitting journalism (not). i feel like a proud father. an ashamed, proud father.
